As required by clause
552.232-77, Payment by Government Commercial Purchase Card (MAR 2000)
(Alternate I--MAR 2000), the Government Commercial Purchase Card will be
accepted, but no additional discount will be granted.
In accordance with the
Price Reduction Clause (552.238-75), pricing granted to the government shall
be predicated upon the pricing offered to its State & Local Government
(including schools) class of customer for all Services under SINS 58-7, 58-8
and 58-10. State & Local Government (including schools) customers
currently receive a discount of 5%.
Pricing relationship
between the government and other customers shall be maintained throughout the
contract period.
